With this Atlas, we aim for process excellence by end-to-end modeling and improving all our processes. We aim to simplify the processes in Borçelik and make them more efficient, to protect natural resources and we support paperless office work. The gains achieved through [Atlas] are reflected in the business results and have a positive impact on the service quality that Borçelik offers to its customers.
All existing processes are modeled and integrated with each other with process owners and representatives under the leadership of the Business Processes Management Office. The control of all organizational assets (organization, position, process, activity, control points, IT systems, documents etc.) over processes are ensured. Processes are improved by identifying problematic areas and areas requiring improvement throughout the end-to-end modeled processes. The works are followed up with the process owners and stakeholders.
