Borçelik carries out production within the frame of the principle of sustainability in the hot dip galvanized steel, cold rolled steel and hot rolled steel (pickled and oiled) groups, all of which are used as raw material input in industry.
We, as Borçelik, are taking our part in all areas of life and are offering our services to household appliances, automotive (main and sub-industries), panel radiator, construction, color coating, pipe & profile, packaging, metal goods and steel service centers.
Customer Technical Relations
Our Customer Technical Relations (CTR) team assumes the role of a technical bridge between customers and Borçelik, and helps the customer in making its manufacturing operations more efficient and effective, and in saving up costs therein.
Information on Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled and Galvanized Flat Steel manufacturing operations, their qualities, storage and standards are briefed to our customers through either visits and general meetings or special seminars.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Borçelik’s coil weight characteristics are specified below:
Coil Weights: 14-22 kg/mm (weight per unit millimeter)
Maximum Coil Weight: 30 tons
Small coil deliveries are also possible outside the coil weight limits. Please call us for such requests.
Metallurgy Quality Laboratory
Borçelik Metallurgy-Quality Laboratories are engaged in incoming control of raw materials and auxiliary materials, as well as finished product controls and analyses on process critical parameters. In addition, samples of customers are also analysed and inspected on ad hoc basis in our Metallurgy-Quality Laboratories through the Customer Technical Services Department, and if any skill not covered by our inventory is needed, support may be taken also from different academic devices and personnel included within our University Industry cooperation program.
Steel Service Center
We offer many industrial steel service center advantages with our Kerim Çelik brand such as providing final sized products to our customers, providing services in accordance with their usage areas and needs, and reducing additional operations.
