COIL SURFACE INSPECTION LINE (CSIL)

The line is designed for visual inspection, heavy duty leveling , slitting of cold rolled and galvanized steel coils, and with the help of laser welding small coils can be joined to produce a big coil. There is a 6 high leveller at the entry of the line.
Coil Surface Inspection Line ;
Production capacity 90,000 ton/an.
Maximum coil weight 30 ton
Width range 600 - 1530 mm.
Thickness 0.30 - 2.00 mm.
Speed 200 m/min.
Equipments of this line are
  • Surface inspection station : Capable to inspect both side of the coil.
  • Slitting Head : Equiped with rotary four arms type turnstile for slitter tooling change.
  • Recoiling Tension Device : Combined belt tension type .
  • Electrostatic oiling machine : To oil the coil for protection
