CONTINUOUS GALVANIZING LINE (CGL 3 ) Siemens VAI
In CGL 3 line, full hard coils are heat treated in annealing furnaces, then cooled to the same temperature as zinc and then dipped into the zinc pot. Both surfaces of the sheet are metal coated with enough amount of zinc, depending on customer requirements. After the zinc coating, skinpass, chromating, oiling, ink jet printing can be applied to the galvanized steel strip according to customer requirements.
